What is Jersey’s Best Workplace?
Jersey’s Best Workplace is a prestigious new annual award that recognises organisations in the Island that are seen by their employees to be great places to work. These awards will enable organsiations that prioritise employee satisfaction, engagement and wellbeing to showcase what they do well, acting as a celebration and benchmark of success.
Jersey’s Best Workplace is powered by CompassJersey, a specialist HR and training services provider based in St Helier and is media-partnered with All Island Media, the trusted name behind the Jersey Evening Post and Bailiwick Express brands.
All participating organisations will receive a comprehensive set of results that clearly show how employees feel about their place of work, providing valuable evidence-based data to business owners and senior management teams.
The results will include insights into how employees feel on Monday morning, the levels of flight risk (those looking to leave within the next 12/24 months) as well as views on personal pride in working for the organisation, and what your employees value the highest.
