Best Workplace

Jersey’s Best Workplace is a prestigious new annual award that recognises organisations in the Island that are seen by their employees to be great places to work. These awards will enable organisations that prioritise employee satisfaction, engagement and wellbeing to showcase what they do well, acting as a celebration and benchmark of success.

Jersey’s Best Workplace is powered by CompassJersey, a specialist HR and training services provider based in St Helier and is media-partnered with All Island Media, the trusted name behind the Jersey Evening Post and Bailiwick Express brands.

All participating organisations will receive a comprehensive set of results that clearly show how employees feel about their place of work, providing valuable evidence-based data to business owners and senior management teams. The results will include insights into how employees feel on Monday morning, the levels of flight risk (those looking to leave within the next 12/24 months) as well as views on personal pride in working for the organisation, and what your employees value the most.

Category winners will each receive a digital logo celebrating their 2025 award and are encouraged to use the logo in any way that benefits them – for example in email signatures, at careers fairs and on any promotional material.•

How does it work?

The cost of the survey is based on the number of employees you have based in Jersey. Prices start from £300 for Micro Teams, up to £950 for Large Organisations.

All Island Media will contact you to take payment or arrange invoicing for your chosen package.

All Island Media will send you a link to share the survey with your employees.

The confidential surveys will be analysed by the team at CompassJersey, who will interpret the results and produce your dashboard, while benchmarking your organisation against other participants.

All entrants will be certified as participants in the Jersey’s Best Workplace publication, with the top-performing organisations profiled by size as Jersey Best Workplace for:

  • Micro Organisations - up to 9 employees

  • Small Organisations - 10 to 39 employees

  • Medium Organisations - 40 to 99 employees
